Good to know before you book
A few quick answers so your visit feels easy and there are no surprises at checkout.
Do I need a credit card to book?
Yes. A card on file secures your spot. We’ll text and email to confirm 48 hours before your appointment, and send a final reminder at 24 hours.
What’s the cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice. Your first late cancellation is waived; after that, it’s 50% of the scheduled service. A no-call/no-show is charged 100% and ends the one-time waiver.
What if I’m running late?
More than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust, shorten, or reschedule your service so your stylist stays on time for the next guest.
